Diverter

The diverter allows you to control the product flow in the pneumatic line and direct it in the desired direction.

Divertor Composition:

Casing;
Flanges with spigots;
Distribution box;
Levers;
Pneumatic tubes and pneumatic cylinders;
Pneumatic distributor with coil;
Position sensors (reed switches).

Diverter - flow distribution valve is used in pneumatic systems where bulk solids are transported under the influence of air pressure by injection or vacuum created in a closed route by compressors.

The diverter is designed to feed the product into a branch from the main flow of the pneumatic line. The diverter is controlled by a pneumatic-electric actuator from the central control unit of the system. The diverter can also be manually operated.

The diverter body can be made of aluminium or stainless steel for highly abrasive products such as sugar.

The diverter is attached to the system by means of a collar and coupling connection
