Tanks for liquid ingredients

Stainless steel containers are designed for storage and preparation of liquid ingredients: water, milk, oil, yeast, salt and sugar solutions, leaven and other liquids. They are produced in different forms and volumes depending on the production needs.

Options

✔ Thermal insulation, heating, cooling.

✔ Agitator, high-speed agitator with knives.

✔ Level sensors, temperature sensors, load cells.

✔ Loading and unloading valves.

✔ CIP-washing system.

✔ Lid with limit switch.

Operating principle

1️⃣ Loading - liquid is poured in and the agitator is switched on (if necessary).

2️⃣ Setting - the dosing parameters (volume, feed rate) are set.

3️⃣ Dosing - pumps and valves deliver the liquid to the production process.

4️⃣ Monitoring - sensors monitor the temperature and volume of the fluid.

5️⃣ Cleaning - automatic flushing of the tank and pipework.

Advantages

✅ High precision - consistent end product quality.

✅ Hygienic - prevention of product contamination.

✅ Automation - integration into production lines.

✅ Flexibility - customisation of parameters to suit different recipes.

✅ Reliable - robust materials and durable construction.

Technical characteristics

✔ Materials - stainless steel, food-grade plastics.

✔ Volume - varies according to production requirements.

✔ Feeding speed - adjustable by frequency converter.

✔ Integration - support for PLC and other control systems.
