Water temperature dispenser
Automatically measures the preset dose of water, with the required outlet temperature.
Composition of the pipette-temperature dispenser:
- Body, protective hood and all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel AISI 304;
- Quick-release pipe system.
- Control components completely isolated from the working area;
- Control valve, ball valve, three-way, made in Switzerland;
- Temperature sensor;
- Flow meter;
- Solenoid valves.
The temperature dispenser mixes hot and cold water to obtain the required water temperature at the outlet. Indication of water temperature is carried out on the control panel.
To ensure high stability of the outlet water dose temperature, it is necessary to ensure stability of water source temperatures at the inlet to the doser-temperator.
Instrument capabilities:
- Automatic and manual operation mode. 100 programmes with preset quantity and temperature.
- Archiving of the dosing process in non-volatile memory and the possibility to transmit it via isolated serial interface RS485 for saving on a computer.
- Dosing mode with or without bypass. The bypass is used to drain the water until it reaches the set temperature.
- Second temperature sensor (optional).
- Saves the dosing parameters in the event of a power failure.
