The bag unloader-sifter is designed for unloading, sifting, and dosing flour before storage or production.
Working Principle
✔ Bag unloading – the operator loads up to 7 flour bags into the hopper, the dust collection system purifies the air, and collected flour dust returns to the hopper.
✔ Sifting and dosing – flour passes through a sieve, gets purified by the magnetic separator, and moves into the dispenser.
✔ Dose unloading – once the required amount is collected, the operator places a mobile dough container, flour is discharged, and the dust collection system completes the cycle.
